Subject: CALL FOR PAPERS, SLS 98
A general call for papers for the twelfth conference of the Society for
Literature and Science, SLS98, to take place November 5-8, 1998 in
Gainesville, has been announced.  Papers/proposals/abstracts will be
due
February 1, 1998, on any topic; please send your submissions
electronically.  The conference theme will be "Thinking the Brain
and
Beyond."  Contact program co-chair Jim Paxson, Department of
English,
University of Florida, Gainesville, FL 32611-7310, for more
information.
