Hi,
Welcome to the relocated email list for the Society for Literature
&
Science. There are some 70 subscribers now, so I think you should feel
free
to post. Some of you were added manually by myself after
miscommunication 
with our server (it's very picky; I'll see if it can't be given a
modicum of
intelligence).
The daily traffic will be logged to our gopher server
(gopher.humnet.ucla.edu) under "Electronic Journals &
Digests". All the
messages from June of 1994 forward are there and are searchable. You
can
also access our gopher via the "SLS Resource Page" at:
http://www.humnet.ucla.edu/projects/sls/
I have also enabled digest service for those who are interested. You
can
join the digest and leave this list by sending email to
listSTAR@humnet.ucla.edu with the following commands in the body of the
message (the main caveats are that the commands must be flush left, and
the
- -l in litsci-l is "dash el" not "dash -l"):
unsubscribe litsci-l
subscribe digest litsci-l
Please let me know about problems so that I can fix them before they
spread
unnecessary irritation in this busy season. Thanks!
