Yes, the deadline for proposals for panels, abstracts, and papers for
the
1996 meeting of SLS in Atlanta (October 10-13th at the Sheraton Colony;
sponsored by Emory University with the participation of Georgia Tech)
has
been extended to March 15, 1996.  Please follow the guidelines on the
call
for papers for providing information.  Include full names, addresses,
phone
numbers, email addresses, and institutional affiliations for all
participants; titles or themes and name of coordinator for sessions and
special panels.  KEYWORDS for paper or session.  ENCLOSE A
SELF-ADDRESSED,
STAMPED CARD.  Indicate if you would be willing to serve as a chair in
another session and note fields of expertise.
Please send FOUR copies of abstracts/papers/proposals to:
